I filled it with hot water and cider vinegar. I sat down and added water until it was high enough. It worked like a charm. Just punctured a hole in the garbage bag after to drain it. I feel much better after the soak. Going to doctor tomorrow asap.

I’m doing it again today. I also drank a quart of pure 100% cranberry juice and a ton of water and feel like I may have stopped the infection in its tracks. So grateful for this type of home remedy because it minimizes me having to take antibiotics!!! That’s always a huge win. Thanks.

She gave me a plastic “sitz bath” that fits on the toilet. This would be easier and you would use less Apple Cyder Vinegar. If you never heard of this before, you can google it.
