It helps me burn fat and deal with bloating and because of its anti-inflammatory properties makes work out easier by taking care of my sore muscles. The greatest bonus is that it has helped me keep my allergies under control, again big thanks to its anti-inflammatory action. I make black seed oil tea and take it regularly.
