I always shape my meatloaf in a 13X9 pan (not to the edges, just a loaf that’s not so narrow and deep, maybe 2 – 3 inches deep and 6 inches wide), not so thick, it only takes about half the time to cook! You can also use a 1/2 cup measure, and make individual meatloaves in the 13X9! Saves time and gas/electricity.
