My parents began a year ago while I only began 5 months ago. I wasn’t obese, but I was overweight and was seeing the scale go ever higher; in turn, I began it. After 10 days, I was bursting with energy and wasn’t craving food as much. Then when it came to doing the Stronglift program, knowing that I got a lot of my fat from protein, I could go on in, even if I was busy working outside all day, and lift with all I had. I am glad to be in shape, toned, and full of energy now.
