If one eats protein, vegetables and dairy it is likely too much protein will be consumed and not enough fat. It is clearer if one reads your list of 10 common mistakes, but I think in your low carb beginners guide it would be helpful to further emphasize the need to greatly increase fat intake and what a few healthy sources are.
