I recommend using an app like carb manager or keto diet tracker. The program will calculate your daily macros for the weight you want to lose and keep track of everything you are eating. You may be eating more than you think, especially if you don’t measure/weigh out servings.

I will use this to help me understand the low carb way. I’ve been doing “low carb” for over 2 years. I’ve lost 35# but can’t seem to lose any more. I hope this list will help me. Thank you

Just cutting back carbs to as low as you can and not worrying about fat should help.

Thanks to this post, and I will take note of this!! 🙂

You’re welcome. Maybe we can get it into a printable list to make it even more useful.

The cultures in kombucha usually consume most of the sugar so you shouldn’t have to worry too much about it unless the drink is sweet.

Going no sugar low low carb. Have you seen anything on Home brewed kombucha? The store bought has been pasteurized or has fruit juice added so it’s a no go. But I don’t see any real world information on wether or not it’s good for high blood sugar / diabetes. I don’t want to take insulin unless I absolutely have to
