Though I would stay focused on the part about nutritive composition. Increasing the intake of healthy fats, paying attention to the source and quality of carbs, and limiting sugars (and refined starches) will solve the problem for the most part.

With these changes, eating more than 3-4 times may not be necessary and most people can even try IF. In the long run, both intermittent and prolonged water fasting actually stabilize blood glucose levels by fine-tuning our metabolism and making us more “fat-adapted”.

To simplify the part about the causes of hypoglycemia in non-diabetics: it mostly occurs when a person heavily relies on carbs for energy, especially refined carbs and sugars. Mechanisms can be infinitely complex but the root cause almost always lies there.
