In reply to Kim. Dark chocolate has been shown to have health benefits so just find a chocolate that doesn't have much sugar and don't over-indulge!

I’ve started drinking thyme tea in the mornings instead of coffee, at first I was drinking green tea but got too much of a buzz from it. So switched to thyme as I’ve also given up smoking after 42 years, I actually love thyme tea just as it is I’m only using dry herb at the moment waiting for the fresh to grow ,, I’ve also given up wheat and sugar this year not bad trying to give up chocolate now but having a bit of a battle with that one
