I just bought a gallon of Braggs Organic Apple Cider Vinager. Its the same brand that you have pictured above. It is in a plastic container. Your article says to make sure it is stored in a glass container. Why does it need to be in a glass container? If it meases up the benifits of the product, why would they sell it in a plastic gallon. They do sell other smaller amounts in the glass, but I wanted more for a better price. Just curious. Thanks!
