Eggs, no matter the source, are nutritious. Eggs do vary a bit on nutrition depending on feed and environment. But, any egg is usually a good food choice.

Puts everything else you say in question as there is no evidence that they are more nutritious than products produced from other methods. Moms do not need to feel guilty because they can’t afford niche products. They are all nutritious.
