Hunger…” and so on, are overstated and could scare people off. Keto and its high fat content keep you satiated during fasting. Once you are fat-adapted, periods of hunger are very brief and quite manageable.
I have reversed my diabetes, no longer have migraines, and cured a couple other minor health problems with keto and IF. I plan to continue IF and low carb for the rest of my life. It’s amazing!!

I am into the 16/8 IF Schedule and I started by following the guide here https://blog.piquetea.com/beginners-guide-to-intermittent-fasting/. I will slowly ease into keto really soon. IF has made keeping the weight off easier than any other calorie-restrictive diet I used to do and while the stats are still pretty low (5lbs off, 3% body fat off, 4% muscle mass gained), I am looking to improve it with a more active lifestyle.
