Most (if not all) of the recipes on at LCY have been changed to a newer low carb sweetener that doesn’t have the same impact. Allulose is one of the newer options that wasn’t available before.

Allulose is based on a similar principle. Studies have shown that allulose doesn’t implact insulin. But, the only way to really tell is to use a blood meter to see if the sugar replacement affects you.
